At the hotel restaurant directly opposite the apartment, you can have breakfast for 2300 Forints per person, and you can also order both a dinner and lunch menu here. Breakfast time is from 7:00 to 10:00.

A 5-minute walk from the apartment, you can enjoy a four-star breakfast buffet for 6,500 Forints per person, and the price for the dinner buffet for apartment guests is 9,800 Forints per person.

Just a stone's throw from the apartment, at the Liget Royal Restaurant, guests of the apartment receive a 20% discount on à la carte prices upon presentation of the voucher available at the accommodation.

The Centrum Guide Apartment does not have a private parking lot. It is possible to park nearby in a closed parking lot for 3,500 Forints per night. The parking lot is 300 meters away from the apartment and is secured with a gate. Alternatively, you can leave your car in the nearby (500 meters) free parking lot. No reservation is required for this free parking 500 meters from the apartment.

Departure: by 10:00

Upon arrival and departure, the owner or his representative is present and personally hands over and takes over the apartment. Arrival and departure outside the above-mentioned times are possible despite an additional charge depending on availability. Please discuss this in advance with your accommodation provider.

If your stay is cut short, we cannot offer a refund.

The reservation fee is non-refundable if the guest does not appear at the accommodation on the day of arrival or does not cancel their reservation 5 days prior to arrival.

Please indicate before booking if you need a company invoice, as we cannot issue company invoices for overnight services

At the hotel opposite, you can book a day spa package for 13,900 Forints per person between 8:00 and 20:00, after consulting with the reception. The package includes:

• Full-day use of the wellness and sauna facilities

• Use of bathrobes and towels is not included in the price

• Refreshments in the wellness area

• A daily 3-course lunch menu at the "Brix Bistro"

• One optional spa treatment: 25-minute Swedish massage or a 25-minute pampering facial, neck, and décolleté massage

At the same hotel, the wellness area can be used for 4,000 Forints per person (from 16:00) depending on hotel occupancy. Full-day wellness use is 6,000 Forints per person. Arrangements at the reception are necessary.

Wi-Fi is free for apartment guests.

We have Android TV. First, turn on the TV with the LG remote control and then use the other remote control to search for free channels. If you have your own Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Spotify, etc., please be careful when subscribing to your account and make sure not to save your password when logging in, as we cannot guarantee that the next guest will not use the saved passwords. Content search is possible by long-pressing the color-coded button at the bottom of the remote control.

In accordance with the applicable legislation in Hungary, the private accommodation collects the guest's personal data by scanning it with a mobile phone and forwards it to the closed guest information database. The data is treated confidentially by the accommodation provider and is not passed on to third parties beyond the mandatory notification.

The largest thermal lake in Europe is something you should definitely not miss!

The 4.4-hectare natural healing lake is the undisputed star in Bad Héviz. Its key data speaks for itself.

Healing Power: It draws its healing power from mineral-rich springs that have always emerged from a depth of 38 meters. Thanks to the enormous output volume of the springs at 410 liters per second, the water in the lake renews itself within three days—what a luxury. The water is warmed by geothermal energy, never drops below 22 degrees Celsius in winter, and reaches 35 to 38 degrees Celsius in summer.

Natural Treasures: The scenic beauty of Transdanubia with its gentle curves between Bakony Forest and Keszthely Mountains, Zala and Somogy hills is known for its hiking routes and natural attractions. 20 kilometers west of Bad Hévíz is the Balaton Uplands National Park with the five-kilometer-long Csodabogyós dripstone cave. Visitor points of the Balaton Uplands National Park include Uncle Matula's Hut, the unique flora and fauna of Little Balaton. About 30 kilometers northeast of Bad Hévíz is the small town of Tapolca. In the cave lake directly under the city center, you can take rowing boat trips.

Surroundings: Discover the wonderful surroundings of Hévíz, where the special features of the western tip of Lake Balaton await you. Explore the ruins of Szigliget, Rezi, Tátika, Csobánc, Sümeg, and Nagyvázsony, tour the bike and hiking trails, visit the viewpoints from which you have an incomparable panorama of Lake Balaton at your feet. Take a boat trip in the bay or visit Keszthely, where you can visit Hungary's third-largest Baroque castle with six unique exhibitions.

• Free car park: 500 meters from the apartment, it isn't secured, but it is monitored by video cameras. No reservation is required.

The apartment is located 400 meters from the Hévíz bus station and 6 km from the Keszthely train station. We provide a free transfer to and from the Hévíz and Keszthely train stations for guests booking more than 3 nights in our apartment.

• In the Egregy district, also known as the Hévíz wine hill, you can enjoy traditional Hungarian cuisine at the Római Cellar while admiring the wonderful panorama. 
• For lovers of Italian cuisine, we recommend La Montanara Restaurant, where you are sure to enjoy the finest Mediterranean and Hungarian dishes.
• If you want to quickly grab a menu for lunch, the Majerik Hotel's restaurant next to the apartment has some of the best chefs in Hévíz. No reservation is needed, the restaurant is open from 12:00 to 3:00 PM. The simple menu selection at the Gyöngyvirág Restaurant is also easily accessible every day.
• When in Hévíz, don't miss the traditional lángos, which you can buy (all year around on Thursdays and Saturdays) at the Hévíz Farmers' Market or at the FaLó buffet in the big parking lot from Easter to the end of October.
